AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, with the ability to design, build, and deploy scalable ML models and systems.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models into production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Research and evaluate new AI/ML techniques and frameworks to solve business problems.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing models for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring reliability and accuracy over time.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Document models, architectures, and processes for knowledge sharing.

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Solid understanding of statistics, mathematics, and algorithm design.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
