About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening technical profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing job postings across various job portals. This role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who is eager to grow in the talent acquisition space.
Responsibilities
- Source relevant candidate profiles through job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and others
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Post and manage job openings on various job portals
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand technical hiring needs
Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Prior experience in technical recruitment is preferred
- Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Basic understanding of technical roles and technologies is a plus
